Bata Pakistan offers a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their footwear and fashion accessories. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we are committed to making the exchange process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 15 days of delivery to request an exchange or return authorization.

  Pack the Item

  Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and the original invoice to be eligible for a return.

• 3.
  Ship or Visit Store

  You can either send the parcel back to our central warehouse or visit any Bata flagship store nationwide for an instant size exchange.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our quality assurance team will inspect the item and process your exchange or issue a refund voucher within 7-10 working days.
